This project consisted of renovation of an existing Winn-Dixie grocery store into a new church facility. The building area was 53,364 square feet, and it was completed in 2008. The auditorium seats 1,100 people. The upfit cost was approximately $30 per sq. ft. excluding furniture and AVL equipment.
